By purchasing or using Multibagger Finder™, the Multibagger Screener or the research workspace, you agree to these terms.
1. Licence
Access is granted as a personal, non-transferable licence for one individual user. You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the indicator, scanner logic or workspace output.
2. Nature of the product
The product is a market-analysis and discovery toolset. It highlights technical conditions and research context. It does not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management or assured outcomes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the system, automate bulk extraction of data, attempt to bypass authentication, or use the service in a way that disrupts other users.
4. Availability
Market data depends on third-party providers and exchange availability. Features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, provider outages or exchange downtime.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data inaccuracies or indirect damages arising from use of the product. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
6. Termination
Access may be suspended for breach of these terms, credential sharing or misuse of the platform.
